Comprehensive treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions
Depression (major depressive disorder) is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act. Fortunately, it is also treatable. Depression causes feelings of sadness and/or a loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed.
Anxiety is what we feel when we are worried, tense or afraid – particularly about things that are about to happen, or which we think could happen in the future. Anxiety is a natural human response when we feel that we are under threat, experienced through our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations.
Substance use disorder (SUD) is a treatable mental disorder that affects a person's brain and behavior, leading to their inability to control their use of substances like legal or illegal drugs, alcohol, or medications. Symptoms can be moderate to severe, with addiction being the most severe form of SUD.
Schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by disruptions in thought processes, perceptions, emotional responsiveness, and social interactions. Although the course varies among individuals, schizophrenia is typically persistent and can be both severe and disabling.
Bipolar disorder is a mental health condition that causes a wide range of mood episodes, from low-energy depression to high-energy mania. People with bipolar type 1 have episodes of depression, hypomania, and mania. People with bipolar type 2 have episodes of depression and hypomania.
Insomnia can be acute (short-term) or chronic (long-term). It can present as difficulty falling asleep (initial insomnia), waking up in the middle of the night (middle insomnia), or waking up too early in the morning and not being able to fall back asleep (terminal insomnia).
